Toasted and ground in a
Spice grinder (approx. 4 ts)
2 tbl Chopped fresh oregano
1 tbl Gold tequila
3 x Generous Tb chopped pecans
Salt and pepper to taste

make each sauce, mix all the ingredients together well. Melt to serve.
