1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except flavoring. Cover until mixture begins to boil. Boil without stirring to soft crack stage (275 - 280 F). Add flavoring. Do not stir. Pour quickly into well-buttered pan. The candy should be in a thin sheet. Cool slightly and mark in squares. The
