Instructions: Place the margarine in a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, slowly add the powdered sugar. Blend well. Add the vanilla, mix well.

Spread on coke.

For best results store frosted cake in fridge.

Variations:
In place of the vanilla extract try using almond, lemon or mint extracts.

The frosting can also be tinted with food coloring.
