Instructions: Combine soy milk & lemon juice & let stand for 5 minutes. Blend tofu until smooth & then blend in the soy milk/lemon juice mixture along with hte miso. Set aside.
Sift together the dry ingredients & fold into the blended mixture. Turn onto a lightly floured surface & form into a ball. Roll out dough to a 1/2" thickness. Cut with a cookie cutter. Put on baking sheets & bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Email this Recipe:
