Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients & cheese. Set aside. Beat buttermilk, oil & eggs with rotary beater until well blended. Add all at once to flour mixture & mix just until moist. pour into a greased 9x5x3 inch pan & bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minuts or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert on rack & cool.

Makes one loaf.
