Instructions: Combine flours, cornmeal, baking powder, salt & sugar; mix well. In small bowl, beat eggs lightly; mix in cottage cheese, buttermilk & oil. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add liquid ingredienst all at once. Stir with fork just enough to blend. Spoon into well-greased 2 to 3 inch muffin cups. Bake at 400 about 20 min., or till nicely browned. Can be frozen.
