1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup whole-wheat flour
2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tbl honey
1/2 tbl vegetable oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine the yeast, whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, honey, oil, and buttermilk into pan of a bread machine. If baking in bread machine, process for large (1 1/2 pound) loaf, wheat setting.

If baking in an oven, use manual or dough cycle to knead dough. Remove from bread maker, and place in a greased loaf pan. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
