1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup crisco
4 x eggs, well beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp lemon extract
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream sugar and crisco together.

Add eggs and buttermilk.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to buttermilk mixture.

Bake in tube pan for 2 hours at 300 degrees.
