Instructions: Cream sugar, Crisco, and margarine. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add 1 cup flour and baking soda. Add buttermilk, salt & lemon extract. Add remaining 2 cups flour. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or when cake tests done.
