Large - Small or dry buttermilk powder 3 T - 2 T
7/8 cup water 5/8 C
1 x Egg 1
3 cup Flour 2 cups
1 tsp Salt 1 teaspoon
3 tbl Sugar 2 Tablespoons
1/3 cup Margarine 1/4 cup
1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 teaspoon
2/3 cup Raisins 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light crust setting.

NOTES : Following is my favorite raisin bread.
