Instructions: Line 8-inch square pan with foil and butter. Spread 1/2 cup of the walnuts on the bottom of pan; set aside.
In a heavy saucepan combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, margarine, and salt. Bring to a full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butterscotch chips; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in orange extract and rind. pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup walnuts on top.
