Instructions: Mix thoroughly the milk, cornstarch, salt and eggs and cook until thickened taking care that mixture doesnt scorch. Remove from heat and add: both sugars, vanilla and evaporated milk. Cool and freeze. More milk may be added to mixture for less rich ice cream. Make in 1 gallon freezer.
