1 cup butterscotch morsels
3 tbl butter or margarine
1 tbl instant coffee granules
3 tbl water
1 lrg egg -- lightly beaten
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until morsels and butter melt. Gradually stir about one-fourth of hot mixture into egg; add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Remove from heat, and cool to room temperature. Fold in whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, if desired.

Yield: about 6 servings.
