6 x eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup nuts, chopped
----------------- SAUCE ----------------
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbl flour
1 x egg, well beaten
1/4 cup orange juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat egg yolks well, slowly adding sugar, then baking powder and flavoring. Mix well. Beat egg whites until they hold stiff peaks: Fold in yolk mixture, crumbs and nuts. Bake in slow oven 3250 30-35 min.

Sauce
Add water to melted butter in saucepan. Blend in brown sugar and flour.

Add egg, orange juice, and vanilla. Mix well. Bring to boil and cook until thickened.

This can be served in the pan or fixed like date pudding.
