Instructions: Here is a concotion a friend came up with, that is high in protein low in fat and REALLY good! The longer it is heated in the microwave the thicker it becomes.
sift ingredients together in a microwaveable bowl (i used a mug!) then add water to make a watery consistency. blend, then microwave for a minimum of 30 seconds. Adjust seasoning to taste, i like a lot of garlic. This can be used over steamed vegetables, on sandwiches, crackers, french bread, etc... i hope somebody tries this! Email this Recipe:
