Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x Clove (large) garlic
2 x -(up to)
6 x Jalapeno chilies, seeds removed
4 sm Tomatillos, (about 1/2 cup)
6 x Italian Plum tomatoes, diced (2 1/2 cups)
1 med Onion, finely diced
1/2 x Green Italian pepper, or
1/2 x Green bell pepper, finely diced
2 tbl Coarsely chopped parsley
2 tbl Coarsely chopped cilantro
1 x Lime, (about 1 tbsp.)
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In a food processor, finely chop garlic and jalapenos. Add tomatillos and chop again. Remove the mixture and combine it with the remaining ingredien The salsa can be served immediately, but the flavors will blend nicely if i chilled for several hours or overnight.
