Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter enough crustless bread to line, buttered side down, a Pyrex pie dish. Overlap and/or smoosh bread to fit dish. Slice cheese in small pieces and cover bread. Beat eggs, add milk, pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve hot with salad or carrot sticks and fruit.
