1 med head cabbage
8 oz canned seasoned tomato sauce
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbl flour
2 tbl water
1 cup light cream
1 cup toasted buttered bread cubes
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut cabbage in 8 wedges; remove core. Cook in small amount of boiling, salted water until tender (about 15 minutes), drain. Combine tomato sauce, onion and salt. Mix flour and water together; blend into tomato mixture.

Heat until thickened. Slowly stir in cream. Arrange cabbage in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Pour the mixture over cabbage. Top with bread cubes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top the last 5 minutes.
