1 lb pork sausage
1 lb ground beef
1 x onion chopped
28 oz canned chopped tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
2 tbl vinegar
1 tbl chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion; drain well. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage, mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

This recipe yields 10 servings.

Comments: The spiciness of the pork depends upon your taste. Experiment with a mixture of mild and hot.
