2 x	Thinly-sliced medium onions - (abt 2 cups)
3/4 cup	Mayonnaise
1 tsp	Celery seed
2 tbl	White vinegar
1 tbl	Sugar
1/4 cup	Diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup	Chopped parsley
	Salt to taste
	Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
