Instructions: Chop up a medium head with 3 or 4 unpeeled Granny Smith apples (cored and chunked), throw them in a pot, and add enough
apple juice to come about halfway up the mixture. To this add 1 to 2 Tblsp. caraway seeds, and a little salt and pepper. Pour in 2 to 4 Tblsp. red wine vinegar. Stir in about the same amount of brown sugar. Cover and cook until done, stirring occasionally. Email this Recipe:
