1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 x shallot chopped
3 x cloves garlic minced
3 x anchovy fillets minced
2 tsp lemon peel grated
1 dsh Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce to
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least one day. Best if made three days prior to use. Use as dressing or dip for romaine leaves.
