3 oz Anchovy fillets
1/2 oz Dejonmustard
3 x Cloves garlic
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
6 oz Red wine vinegar
1 tsp Blk pepper ground
2 tbl Lemon juice fresh squeezed
2 oz Parmesan cheese freshly grated
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingreds x olive oil. gradually incorp oil in thin stream.

adjust seasoning Serve immed. or refrig.
