2 tsp	finely-chopped garlic
2 tsp	margarine or butter softened
2 cup	bread flour
1 tbl	sugar
1 tsp	Cajun or Creole seasoning
3/4 tsp	salt
1 tsp	yeast
	----------------- LARGE 1 1/2 lb LOAF ----------------
3/4 cup	water
1/3 cup	chopped onion
1/3 cup	chopped green bell pepper
2 tsp	finely-chopped garlic
1 tbl	margarine or butter softened
3 cup	bread flour
2 tbl	sugar
2 tsp	Cajun or Creole seasoning
1/4 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Measure all ingredients into machine according to manufacturers directions. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. (Do not use delay cycles.) Cool on wire rack.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
