	CAJUN RUB: ----------------
1 tsp	dried oregano
1 tsp	dried thyme
1 tsp	dried basil
1 tsp	garlic powder
4 tsp	dry mustard
1 tsp	coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 tsp	cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp	finely crushed fennel seeds
	----------------- CATFISH: ----------------
	oil to coat grill
1 lb	catfish nuggets 4 bamboo skewers soaked

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine the Cajun rub ingredients.

Brush bbq grill with oil. Turn to medium high.

Place Cajun rub and catfish nuggets in paper bag. Shake until pieces are well coated. Thread onto pre-soaked skewers.

Cook on hot grill for 3 to 5 minutes each side. Serve with lemon wedges.
