3 lb Boneless stew meat
1/2 cup Oil
3 lrg Onions, chopped
2 lrg Bell peppers, chopped
3 x Cloves garlic, minced
2 can Whole kernel corn
1 can Creamed corn
1/2 tsp Red pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown beef in oil; add remaining ingredients and simmer for two hours.

Serves 8.
