Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x Onion,chopped,med
2 tbl Margarine
1 x Green pepper, chopped
1 x Celery stalk, chopped
1 x Bay leaf
1 tbl Parsley
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
6 oz Tomato paste
2 cup Water
1/4 cup Triple Sec
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt margarine, add onion, green pepper and celery. Saute until tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
