Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/4 tsp oregano leaves
1/4 tsp dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbl vegetable oil
2 x (6 ounces each) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 med green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 med onion, sliced 1/4-inch
1 med tomato, cut into 12 wedges, halved crosswise
Instructions:
Instructions: In small bowl stir together the first 5 ingredients.

Pat onto chicken strips, and let stand at room temperature 10 to 12 minutes.

In large skillet heat oil and add chicken.

Cook over medium heat, until chicken is no longer pink about 5 to 8 minutes.

Add green pepper and onion and cook until vegetables are crisply tender.

Add tomatoes and cook for another 1 minute or so.

Spread chicken mixture onto warmed tortillas.
