Instructions: In small bowl stir together the first 5 ingredients.
Pat onto chicken strips, and let stand at room temperature 10 to 12 minutes. In large skillet heat oil and add chicken. Cook over medium heat, until chicken is no longer pink about 5 to 8 minutes. Add green pepper and onion and cook until vegetables are crisply tender. Add tomatoes and cook for another 1 minute or so. Spread chicken mixture onto warmed tortillas. Email this Recipe:
