150 gm snapper grouper or bream fillets fresh or defrotred skinned
Marinade
4 tsp mixed cajun spices
3 x tablespns white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 190C 375F gas mark five.

Mix the marinade ingredients together.

Brush over the fillets.

Cover and refrigerate for twenty minutes.

Transfer the fillets to an ovenproof dish.

Cover and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve with rice and vegetable mix.
