2 lb Alligator tail cut 1" pieces
Alegro Sauce
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste
1/2 cup Water
1/2 jar Mustard
Garlic powder to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste
Flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate alligator in Alegro Sauce 4 to 5 hours. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix mustard, garlic powder, and Tabasco sauce. Dip alligator into mustard batter, roll in flour, fry in peanut oil at 375 to 400 degrees until golden-brown.
