1/2 lb boneless pork loin roast
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tbl oregano leaves crushed
1 tbl black pepper
1/2 tbl minced garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp chili powder

Instructions: Tested on 4/25/99. Quite good. Probably would be better using freshly ground pepper and (maybe) freshly ground cumin. Used about 1/3+ the quantity of dried granulated garlic instead of fresh garlic - worked fine.. Some heat but not too hot.

Live high on the hog and enjoy this delicious, lean cut of pork!

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend all seasonings well and rub mixture over all surfaces of pork loin. Place pork in shallow roasting pan and roast until meat thermometer inserted in roast registers 155 to 160 degrees F., about 60-90 minutes. Remove pork from oven; let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
