Instructions: Mix the milk and egg and whisk with fork.
Add flour and Cajun seasoning and mix. Cut the chicken wings in two at the joints. Dip in milk and egg mixture then coat thoroughly with flour mixture. If you like your wings extra crispy, redip. Heat enough oil in a deep fry skillet to cover wings. Drop wings into hot oil and cook until crisp and golden brown, approximately 15 minutes. (wings can also be baked by placing in a single layer and baking at 450 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.) Hot Sauce: Add 6 oz. tabasco sauce to 1/2 cup melted butter and mix well.
