Instructions: Mix meat, bread, egg, milk, salt, peppers, garlic powder in a bowl.
Make small balls with meat, and roll in flour. Put meat in hot oil and brown on all sides. Remove meatballs from oil and saute peppers and onions. Put meatballs back in pot and add water. Cook about 45 minutes. Serve over rice. Email this Recipe:
