Instructions: In a small bowl mix togelher the spices and peanuts with enough cold water to form a smooth but not too runny paste.
Cut the fish fillets into 2in slices and dip each into the spice mixture to thoroughly coat. Place on a grill pan lined with foil and cook under a pre heated medium grill for six to eight minutes turning over half way through cooking time. Spoon the cooked fish pieces onto a serving plate and garnish with the red and green pepper slices and sprigs of parsley. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and chopped peanuts. Serve immediately.
