Instructions: Slit backs of shrimp and remove veins. Place shrimp in bowl, add Worcestershire sauce and wine; turn and baste thoroughly. Heat oil in heavy medium skillet; add garlic and cook until glazed, about a minute. Meanwhile, lift shrimp from sauce (reserve remaining mixture). Combine dry seasonings on waxed paper. Roll shrimp in seasonings, pressing to coat. Add shrimp to pan and cook 2 minutes over high heat. Add green onions and cook 2 minutes longer. Remove to serving dish. Deglaze pan with reserved Worcestershire sauce and wine mixture; pour into small bowl, and serve as dipping sauce for shrimp.
