1/2 cup small-diced sweet red pepper
1/4 cup capers - (2 oz) drained
1/2 cup sweet relish drained
1/4 cup Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce - (2 oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine mayonnaise, red pepper, capers, sweet relish, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and parsley. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marinate.

This recipe yields 1 quart.

Comments: Perfect for burgers, steaks or as a seafood sauce.
