6 sm crab shells cleaned
Stuffing
1 lb Maryland lump crabmeat
3 tbl cracker crumbs up to 4 TBSP
1/2 cup finely green onions chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 dsh cajun seasoning
1 dsh Tabasco sauce
Sauce
2 tbl parsley chopped
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl white wine
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 dsh Tabasco sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Gently mix crabmeat with cracker crumbs, green onions, and seasonings. Add sour cream and mix with a spatula. Stuff crab shells and sprinkle with paprika or cajun seasonings. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

Melt butter in saucepan and mix in sauce ingredients in order and simmer briefly over low heat. Top stuffed crabs with sauce before serving.
