Instructions: Coat a cold grill rack with vegetable cooking spray. Prepare charcoal grill for direct-heat cooking.
In a medium bowl, combine turkey, Worcestersire sauce and 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning. Evenly divide turkey mixture into 8 burgers, approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter. Grill burgers 5 to 6 minutes per side or until 160 degrees is reached on a meat thermometer (meat should no longer be pink in the center). In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine tomatoes, remaining Creole seasoning and the garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. To serve, place burger on bottom half of each bun, drizzle with 3 tablespoons sauce and top with other half of bun. This recipe yields 8 burgers. Email this Recipe:
