Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sift together flour and baking powder. Set aside. Cream butter and 1 cup sugar until fluffy. Add eggs* and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well. Add flour to butter mixture 2 tablespoons at a time, mixing well until blended after each addition.
Pour batter into pan. Bake for 30 min**. When cake has finished baking, pierce it in several places with a fork and allow to cool. Combine the 3 milks together and pour over the top of the cooled cake. Just before serving, whip the heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and the remaining 1 cup of sugar together until thick.
