3 oz nonfat vanilla pudding mix sugar free
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend cool whip and pudding mix. Add pineapple. Chill. Use on cooled cake for frosting.

NOTES : I tried this frosting last night on a yellow cake...I would think you
could vary the pudding flavor to match your tastes/creation etc.

You
could probably also omit the pineapple.
