Instructions: 1. Place the olive oil in a pan and fry the onions with the sausage on a low heat for 2 minutes
2. Add the cabbage, potatoes, carrots and celery until it is all soft 3. Add the tomatoes and the vegetable stock cube. Cover with water and simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste 4.
