Instructions: Press the rice onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch baked pie shell.
Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes or until tender-crisp. Spoon over the rice. In a bowl combine milk, eggs, cheddar cheese, dry bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over the cauliflower. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. This recipe yields 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
