Broil 5 oz chicken breast till done. Cool, cut into 1/2" cubes. Dice tomato, slice avocado and swiss cheese, and shred lettuce. Set all aside. Lay out tortilla, spread mayo mix over tortilla. In center of tortilla spread lettuce, swiss cheese, diced tomatoes, bacon, and chicken. Next place 6 thin slices of avocado over top and sprinkle with sprouts. Roll tightly and cut into 2" segments.
