Ingredients:

3 cup (8 oz.) SKINNER Large or Medium Shells, uncooked
3 cup Fresh broccoli florets
1 cup Coarsely chopped sweet red pepper
3 tbl Margarine or butter
5 x Cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 tsp Crushed dried red pepper, (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package directions; during last 2 minutes of cooking, stir in broccoli and sweet red pepper. Drain pasta and vegetables. In non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt margarine; add garlic and dried red pepper. Cook 1 minute; do not brown. Toss hot pasta and vegetables with garlic mixture; sprinkle with cheese.

Salt to taste.

6 servings (about 1 cup each).
