Instructions: Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder and sift together three times.
Cream butter, thoroughly, add sugar gradually, and cream together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, then flour, alternately with milk, a small amount at a time. Beat after each addition until smooth. Add flavoring. Pour into greased muffin pans, filling then about 2/3 full. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 2 dozen cup cakes. Email this Recipe:
