Instructions: Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder and salt, and sift again.
Cream butter, add sugar gradually, and cream together thoroughly. Add egg; then flour, alternately with milk, a small amount at a time. Beat after each addition until smooth. Add dates. Bake in greased muffin pans in hot oven (425 degrees) 20 minutes. Email this Recipe:
