2 tbl Reduced calorie mayonnaise +
2 tsp Reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 lb Calves liver, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup Dry white wine,
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1/4 tsp Pepper,
1 dsh Worcestershire sauce,
1 tbl Imitation bacon bits,
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown liver in margarine. Remove from skillet, and keep warm on a platter in the oven. Cook mushrooms and onions until tender, adding water if necessary to prevent drying. Add wine, bring to a boil, reduce heat, add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until heated through. To serve, divide noodles evenly onto 4 serving plates. Divide liver and place over noodles. Top with sauce.
