1 x Camembert, 17-ounce cheese wheel
3 tbl Grey poupon spicy brown mustard
2 tbl Fleischmanns margarine
2 tbl Dry sherry
1 tbl Apricot preserves
1/3 cup Planters sliced almonds, toasted
Sage sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
Instructions: On greased broiler pan, broil cheese 6 inches from heat source for 8 to 10 minutes or until soft.

In small saucepan, heat mustard, margarine, sherry and preserves to a boil.

Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute. Place cheese on serving platter. Spoon mustard mixture over cheese; top with almonds and garnish with sage if desired. Serve with crackers, french bread or assorted fruit pieces.
