Instructions: Toast almonds until golden brown and chop finely.
Remove rind from camembert, put camembert and grated cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, finely chopped spring onions and pepper in small bowl of electric mixer, beat until combined. Form cheese mixture into a log shape about 3cm in diameter, roll in finely chopped almonds. Wrap cheese log in aluminium foil, refrigerate 2 hours until firm. Serve sliced. Email this Recipe:
