Instructions: In mixing bowl, combine Camembert cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in wine. Add steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
Gradually add ground pecans. Mix well. Fill pastry bag with cheese mixture and spread mixture over melba toast, crackers or on French bread. If you dont have a pastry bag, use knife to spread. There is enough mixture for 7 to 8 dozen canapes. Email this Recipe:
